Afyon is a calcareous white marble mostly made of calcium carbonate. It has a medium/ fine grain of white color with varying shades from beige to ocher; It also has gray or golden yellow veins.
Having a low index of calcite inside , the surface of the stone allows the sun's rays to penetrate inside, giving gloss and vivacity to the material.
Afyon marble from Turkey is particularly suitable for floors and interior claddings, but also for design elements such as tubs, sinks, and stairs.
